Designed for the average gamer, FPS Creator is an easy-to-use engine and development environment that allows gamers to make and distribute their own first-person shooter games. Draw your own stage maps, place the game elements (weapons, enemies, objectives and more), set the lighting, then start shooting. You can create your own AI scripts and set up waypoints to further flesh out the gameplay, and a full physics set has been included for realistic immersion without much effort for the designer.
Beginners can use custom-built item and character scripts as well as make use of over 500 3D elements (including two theme packs for designs — WWII and sci-fi), while experienced designers can customize all scripts and import their own media for more personalized games. Render everything down to a self-contained EXE file, and distribute it all license-free.
